It has brought me the most joy in life to speak with the world through film and I hope I can do it forever. I like having something to react against—this I think I took from PTA, and please don't judge me for my thefts, people are made up of other people anyway—and I like having something to love wholeheartedly (this is my own.)

I've written and directed five amateur films—tremble not at the use of the adjective; it has the word “love" in it. And these were all made the same way: with as little money and as many favors as possible. I am thankful to everyone who has made these a reality.
